ACED Gift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be delivered. If you do not receive your Gift Card within 24 hours, please contact us at book@acedvce.com

ACED Gift Cards or remaining balances are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

ACED Gift Cards can be used multiple times as long as there is still a balance remaining on the card. The balance can be spent on more than one order, and multiple gift cards can be used on a single order. Additionally, gift cards can be combined with discount codes when making a purchase. 

Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

All ACED Gift Cards are issued and redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. Any product purchase that requires a refund will only be refunded to the Gift Card, not to any other account.

Gift Cards can be used sitewide, except for purchasing additional gift cards. They must not be used for purchases on external websites, for reselling, or for any purpose outside the scope of ACED’s offerings. We reserve the right to cancel Gift Cards obtained through unauthorised means.
